TFS Go Beyond

TFS Go Beyond is a project commissioned by Toyota Financial Services and serves to complement the current rewards system for the sales team. Salespeople receive a reward at the end of each year based on the number of sales of a particular product (in this case leasing contracts) they made that year. The problem with this is that a salesperson sitting in a strategic and high-traffic location can sell much more than a salesperson in a small garage where only a few cars a month are sold.


Wakaaro revisited this system and applied digital gamification. To give all sellers an equal chance of getting a reward, a wheel of fortune was developed. Each month, sellers are given a number of chances to spin the wheel, based on the ratio between the number of cars sold and the number of lease contracts sold per seller. Sellers can also choose which reward they play for from a range of prizes to be won. With this system, every seller has an equal chance of winning a reward and they are incentivised to sell more leases (as this results in more chances of winning a prize).

Moreover, the back-end of this system is fully customisable by the customer. Prizes can be added or removed, one can indicate that a certain prize can only be won X times a month, how much chance a player has of winning a certain prize... Of course, the system is secure and only accessible to users within the organisation.
