Who is the Roek?

Gamification and Serious Games do not always have to take place on a screen or around a board game. Physical events, such as a team building, can also be gamified, as the employees of real estate firm Habitat were able to experience.

Although our ‘Who is the Roek?’ concept can be applied to any teambuilding event, we went a step further for Habitat: a fully customised two-day, with custom assignments, overnight stay, good food and, as a highlight, a helicopter baptism by air.

‘Who is the Roek?’ provided a unified story during the team building and the additional game elements and carefully chosen assignments and intrigue ensured a learning moment for all participants.
